– Participant, Radical Self Care Workshop for Graduate Students

Workshops + Speaking

Host a workshop or speaking for your group! Rootwork is committed to working with classrooms, groups, and organizations who are committed to deep community wellness.

Our experiential workshops are designed to get the mind/body/spirit moving. Participants take away tools for self-care, as well as tools for socially-just scholarship, business, and/or community work.

As a speaker, Naya brings 15+ years teaching youth and adults, including 8 years experience facilitating meditation and holistic workshops.

Meet Your Guide: Naya is an ecstatic facilitator, geographer, soulpreneur, and food justice educator. She has facilitated and consulted in non-profit, academic, and holistic settings. You can also find her co-creating Food for Black Thought
